    It's all about the beer.

    This has gotten to be a bit of an obsession. I find myself getting worried if I get below two cases. What if a friend stops by??

    Boiling in the garage. A normal 30 f (-1c) Wisconsin March Sunday. I have a 60qt pot I use in the summer for 10 gal batches.
