    Member NewsAt long last, and after many requests, I have finally introduced the capability for registered users to the site to create and manipulate their own HTML pages. It only took me a couple of days to write the code, which makes me wonder why I did not do it earlier.

    Member News... well, not yet. But here are some details on how the mill winner will be selected. It will be done with this program, and if you happen to be a programmer it would be appreciated if you could check over the program and verify that you think it is fair. Please leave comments about it on this article that you are currently reading. The two big questions that you should verify are : (1) does it include every possible place on my site where users can post? e.g. forums, comments, recipe archive, etc; and (2) does it randomly pick a winner?
