 The Royal Society of Chemistry (Pharmacists) in the UK is being swamped by calls from newlyweds after putting out a call for couples to participate in a study which will test whether there is any truth to the belief that mead is an aphrodisiac. As many mead-makers know, the term "Honey Moon" comes from the ancient practice of the bride's father providing the couple with a month's supply of the tipple after the wedding, in order to ensure a fertile union.

| Well, it's been over 6 months now since we put the first mead down last summer, and things are looking pretty great in most respects. Both the Raspberry and Strawberry meads are crystal clear and ready to bottle, so we'll take care of that within the next few weeks.
