John Barleycorn's Wheat BeerIngredients
MethodPut malt extracts and hops into 2 gallons water and boil for 1 hour. Sparge into carboy which already contains 2 gallons of water, then fill up the rest of the way. Stir mixture well, allow to cool to below 78 degrees F, then pitch your yeast. This time we forgot to sparge the first half of the wort because we were pretty drunk, but we did remember for the 2nd half. We also pitched too hot, killing the yeast that came with the kit. So we then used the Wyeast and London Ale.
