Papazian's Dithrambic Brown Ale

Sorry, but we still don't have this on-line yet. It's basically straight out of Charlie Papazian's "The New Complete Joy of Homebrewing". All-in-all a very good Brown Ale, a bit on the darker, heavier side. If you double the amounts of all the grains listed in the recipe, it also makes and exceptionally good stout if you are willing to wait 12 to 18 months for it to mellow. Alan's brother once made this discovery by mistake.
