If you use dry yeast, rehydrate it in a sanitized jar with warm water for best results

    New Stainless Paddle
Description:I got this stainless paddle from a guy at the end of my street that sells restaurant supplies. It was $45 but I didn't want to have to stir my boil with my nice mash paddle. This was a very nice thing to have and made things easier than using the wooden mash paddle or a small stirring spoon.
