Dual Stage Temperature Controller
| Description: | Stage one of this controller is the freezer and stage two is the brew belt. If I am trying to hit 68deg I will set the freezer to turn off at 70 and the brew belt to kick on at 67. Without the brew belt of the freezer turned off at 68deg it may settle out at around 60deg or lower! |

care to explain this a little clearer? i have the same controller..even with a one degree deadband my temps still fluctuate +/- 5 deg.
