     Keg
This "Keg" was given to me by the parents of a friend. Apparently they gave up home brewing because they didn't care for the results. I didn't expect this and had no idea what it was at first.

A search on the Internet tells me this is a "King Keg"

The green thing is a spent co2 cartridge.

If you look closely, you can see that it's plastic mount is cracked near the bottom..

It was pretty dirty inside as well..

A good soak in a strong bleach solution fixed that right up..

I have decided that it would suit my purposes better as a primary fermenter.

You can see it has plenty of head room for a 23 liter batch..

And you can clearly see the sediment through the plastic..
