     Siphoning 

    Ah, the simple beauty of a siphon in action. Instead of pouring sanitizer from one container to another, I find it much easier to siphon it.

    Without the clothespin the tube would have gone right to the bottom of the bucket. Simple, and works great.

    A simple clothespin can be used to hold a racking cane in place, as well

    Gravity holds the cane in place. You can even adjust it with one hand with only a bit of practice. The edge of the bucket below the clothespin is propped up a couple of inches with whatever you can find to do the job
