     Cleaning a Corny Keg 

    Fill the keg two-thirds with hot water and a tablespoon or two of OxyClean. Stir well to dissolve the OxyClean.

    After soaking 10 to 20 minutes, put a bucket over the top like this. Pick up the whole thing with one hand under the keg, and one holding the bucket firmly in place.

    Quickly invert the thing. If you do it right you will not spill a drop, but you may want to practice outside.

    Meanwhile let the lid, poppits and small post soak in a small container of OxyClean solution

    Now rinse it all extremely well and start over again with sanitizing solution
