    One of the most common fears people have is a fear of chunks in their fermenting beer. Here is a collection of chunks of stuff which are completely normal and nothing to worry about.

    This is a nasty bacterial infection. But if you are checking your beer every day and catch this early, you can pasteurise and save the beer
