    These clumps are actually normal. The yeast will not always floccuate in this way, but it will sometimes.

    The person who gave this to me described it as a big piece of dragon poop - but it is a normal fermentation!

    A beautifully bright beer with a nice big chunk of flocculant in it. Nothing at all to worry about
