     2003 Labour Day 

    Boiler, Mashtun and two Hot Liquor Tanks

    The boil is done, now chill it

    Pumping the wort from the kettle through the chiller to the fermenters

    A simple clothespin works great to hold the hose in place

    Without the clothespin the tube would have gone right to the bottom of the bucket. Simple, and works great.

    After the first mash is done we convert the mashtun to a boiler for the smaller batch

    The manifold can be left in place but the blue foam hull has to go

    And the thermometer has to go. I could not find my 1/2" plug so I installed a 2nd ball valve and just kept it closed

    We ran the small batch off into this kettle and poured it into the boiler a bit at a time
