    Beer NewsSteam Whistle brewing in Toronto has inspired Ellen McKinney to write a cook "booklet' "In the Kitchen with Steam Whistle" which contains numerous recipes which include this popular Pilsener. Ms McKinney works at the brewery, which gives each employee a free 12 pack of beer every week. As the beer built up in her apartment, McKinney had to figure out what to do with it all.
